When I was in my early 20's...

...my band had a regular gig playing originals at a bar in Chicago. To a small extent, I was living a dream. Within months the band broke up, as bands do, and the dream was put in hold. I assumed I'd get back to it right away. Two decades later, I was still playing to empty chairs in my living room. But I never let go of the dream. A little over a year ago, as an example to the people I work with, I decided to  pull my dream out of mothballs. The ensuing work has been a rollercoaster of doubt, exhilaration, failure and triumph. Now suddenly and surprisingly the work has presented me with an opportunity to pick up where I left off so many years ago. Come see a dream's rebirth in action.
